September is Healthy Aging Month, a time to encourage people of all ages to embrace active lifestyles, prioritize preventive care, and take a positive approach to aging.
We also recognize National Rehabilitation Awareness Week (September 14–20), honoring the physical, occupational, and speech therapists who help individuals regain independence, and National Falls Prevention Awareness Week (September 21–25), which highlights the importance of reducing fall risks for older adults.
